Two-storey, five bedroom house with amazing views. The house has two fully equipped kitchens, two laundry areas, multiple spacious living areas, full bathroom plus ensuite. Guests have access to a large backyard with entertaining area and fire pit. Perfect for families or large groups. Walking distance to a shopping precinct including Woolworths supermarket, post office, pharmacy, cafes and restaurants. A large sunroom with dining table and laundry facilities. The kitchen contains a large fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, heaps of cupboard space and all your cooking necessities/plates, cups, bowls and utensils. There are 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1: Queen bed, open hanging space, spilt system cooling/heating, ceiling fan. Bedroom 2: Queen bed, open hanging space, ceiling fan. Bedroom 3: Two king singles, large built in wardrobe, spilt system cooling/heating and ceiling fan. Spacious bathroom with shower and basin Seperate toilet. First storey (bottom floor) This space includes a large living area with comfortable lounges, tv, Wii console, split system cooling/heating and dining table. The small kitchen contains a fridge, oven, microwave and cupboard space and all your cooking necessities/plates, cups, bowls and utensils. The main bedroom includes a Queen bed, a large built in closet, spilt system cooling/heating, ceiling fan, washing machine area and ensuite (this acts as the main bathroom of the guesthouse) The second bedroom contains two king single beds with side tables, lamps and a wall fan. Sofa bed is available in the living area for extra bedding (a $20 linen fee applies). The space also includes a private side patio area complete with an outdoor setting, BBQ and festoon lights. Guests have full access to the backyard complete with an outdoor setting, BBQ, and festoon lights. There is also a fire pit with free firewood for guests to enjoy. There are two front doors to the house. The white door on the left gives you access to the top floor. The mint green door on the right will give you access to the bottom storey.
